Terms and Conditions
Last updated: May 2026
1. About these terms
These terms apply to all use of everydayelsa.co.uk and to any purchase made through the site. By purchasing or downloading any resource, you agree to these terms. Everyday ELSA is operated by Clare [Surname], a sole trader based in England.
2. Products
All products are digital downloads (PDF files). No physical goods are shipped. Product descriptions, previews, and file sizes are provided to help you make an informed purchase. If you have questions before buying, please ask.
3. Purchasing and payment
Prices are shown in British pounds sterling (GBP), inclusive of any applicable VAT. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
Once payment is confirmed, your download link is emailed to you automatically. If you don't receive it within a few minutes, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
4. Downloads and access
Download links are valid for 48 hours and can be used up to 3 times. If your link expires before you have downloaded your file, contact us and we will issue a new one.
You are responsible for saving your downloaded files. We recommend saving copies in at least two locations.
5. Licence
When you purchase or download a resource, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the resource for your own professional ELSA practice within your own school.
You may:
- Print copies for use in your own ELSA sessions.
- Use the resource on a tablet or computer screen in sessions.
- Adapt resources for your own use (for personal use only).
You may not:
- Share, resell, or redistribute files to other people or schools.
- Upload resources to any shared platform, website, or resource bank.
- Remove or alter copyright notices.
- Use resources for any commercial purpose.
6. Refund policy
Because these products are digital downloads, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you lose your right to cancel once you have started the download process. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge this and consent to immediate delivery of the digital content.
However, if a resource is substantially different from its description, or if there is a technical problem preventing you from downloading, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
